Health Lounge is a corporate wellness screening management platform developed by Baynatec (www.baynatec.com) for Medex Healthcare Services. The platform enables healthcare professionals to conduct on-site medical screenings for company employees, record medical findings, generate health reports, and provide aggregated anonymized data to authorized insurance partners. The platform is intended for use by authorized healthcare providers, administrators, and designated viewers only.

User accounts are created exclusively by system administrators. Users are not permitted to self-register. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must immediately report any unauthorized access to or use of your account to your system administrator. Sharing of login credentials between users is strictly prohibited.

The platform may only be used for authorized medical screening purposes as defined by your role and organization. You agree to the following conditions: - Use the platform only for its intended purpose of corporate wellness screening management. - Do not share your login credentials with any other person. - Do not attempt to access data, records, or system areas beyond the scope of your authorized role. - Do not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the platform. - Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

The Health Lounge platform records medical findings as entered by licensed healthcare professionals during corporate wellness screenings. The information stored in the system reflects the clinical observations and assessments of the examining physicians. The platform is a data management tool and is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients should always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.

The Health Lounge platform, including but not limited to its software, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, and all related documentation and materials, is the intellectual property of Baynatec and Medex Healthcare Services. All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any purpose outside of its intended use without prior written consent from the rights holders.

The Health Lounge platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and accurate system, Baynatec and Medex Healthcare Services make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. Baynatec and Medex Healthcare Services shall not be held liable for: - The accuracy of medical data entered by healthcare providers. - Any decisions made based on data within the platform. - Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond reasonable control. - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Baynatec and Medex Healthcare Services reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Health Lounge platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
